There are also kinds of these diets that will tell you what foods you are allowed to eat. You should be ready to follow them strictly to complete the diet. There are even those which will strictly tell you just to take in the lemon juice. When you choose a kind of diet, you should be sure that you could do it no matter how hard it seems.
